Hi! I'm Aahan.

Aahan Arka · Lead Tutor

I'm Aahan Arka, the lead tutor at Eleos Education. I'm a high school student who has challenged myself with several AP classes and a lot of advanced coursework, and I want to share what I've learned with kids who could use a helping hand. I'm not in this alone, either — at least one other tutor volunteers alongside me, so more students can get the individual attention they deserve.

I'm driven to give back to my community in every way I can — I also work as a lifeguard, where keeping people safe taught me how much steady, patient support really matters. I started Eleos Education ("eleos" means compassion in Greek) to make quality tutoring accessible to underserved students in our community — completely free of charge. Every kid deserves someone in their corner who believes they can do it.

Meet Ruhaan Bachan.

Ruhaan Bachan · Tutor

I'm a high school student from Prosper, Texas, where I attend Walnut Grove High School. As someone who has challenged myself with Honors and AP coursework, I've learned that success in school isn't just about working hard—it's also about having the right guidance when concepts become difficult.

At Eleos Education, I serve as a tutor alongside two other dedicated volunteers. Together, we help students build confidence in subjects they're struggling with by breaking down difficult material into lessons that are easier to understand. Whether it's preparing for quizzes, catching up on homework, or getting ahead in class, we're committed to helping every student reach their academic goals.

Taking advanced classes has taught me the importance of persistence, organization, and asking for help when it's needed. Those experiences inspired me to give back by supporting students who may not have access to academic resources outside the classroom.

At Eleos Education, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or financial situation. Our mission is to provide free, compassionate tutoring that empowers students to grow academically and believe in their own potential.

Hi! I'm Aarna.

Aarna Arka · Tutor

My name is Aarna Arka, one of your supporting tutors here at Eleos Education! I'm a middle school student who is dedicated to helping others build confidence in their academics. Teaching people to understand and enjoy learning is something that I strive towards in every tutoring session.

My goal for every kid is for them to be able to confidently ask me questions and for them to reach their full potential. Learning can be challenging sometimes, but I believe every student who works with us can become something so much more with the right guidance, encouragement, and opportunities.
